Non-Exclusive Areas definition

Non-Exclusive Areas means the land or waters described in Schedule Four and shaded green on the plan in Schedule Two.
Non-Exclusive Areas means, collectively, outside of the Field of Use (whether or not within the Application) and outside of the Application (whether or not within the Field of Use).

Examples of Non-Exclusive Areas in a sentence

  • The District and Tenant shall use commercially reasonable efforts to coordinate their activities with respect to the Non-Exclusive Areas with each Party’s site representative (as designated in Section 26) so as not to unreasonably interfere with the other Party’s use of the Non-Exclusive Areas.

  • Expansion into Non-Exclusive Areas As a part of this procurement process, the County and the EMS Agency shall have the option to require the Contractor to be responsible for providing Emergency Ambulance Services to the three areas, above, that are not included in the EOA on a non-exclusive basis.

  • The Recipient hereby assures and certifies compliance with all Federal Statutes, regulations, policies, guidelines and requirements, including OMB Circulars Xx. X-00, X-000, X-000, X-000, X-00; E.O. 12372 and Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and Cooperative Agreements 28 CFR, Part 66, Common Rule, that govern the application, acceptance and use of Federal funds for this federally- assisted project.

  • In no event will Tenant construct any Alterations on the Non-Exclusive Areas.

  • It is the intent of the parties hereto that the Lease shall confer upon Tenant only the right to use and occupy the Premises and Non-Exclusive Areas, and to exercise such other rights as are conferred upon Tenant by the Lease.

  • The second category of models is composed by the ones that use historical data as the means to support the decision.

Related to Non-Exclusive Areas

  • Exclusive Use Area means a part or parts of the common property for the exclusive use by the owner or owners of one or more sections;

  • Exclusive use means the sole use by a single consignor of a conveyance for which all initial, intermediate, and final loading and unloading are carried out in accordance with the direction of the consignor or consignee. The consignor and the carrier must ensure that any loading or unloading is performed by personnel having radiological training and resources appropriate for safe handling of the consignment. The consignor must issue specific instructions, in writing, for maintenance of exclusive use shipment controls, and include them with the shipping paper information provided to the carrier by the consignor.

  • Exclusive Field means the diagnosis, treatment or prevention of any cancer in humans through the use of Engineered T-Cells, which shall exclude the diagnosis, treatment or prevention of medullary cystic kidney disease 1 regardless of whether such disease is characterized as a cancer.

  • Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.

  • Outside Areas means all areas within the Property which are located outside the buildings, such as pedestrian walkways, parking areas, landscaped areas, open areas and enclosed trash disposal areas.

  • Contributory drainage area means the area from which stormwater runoff drains to a stormwater management measure, not including the area of the stormwater management measure itself.

  • Specified anatomical areas means and includes:

  • Exclusive License has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).

  • exclusive licence means a licence from the proprietor of or applicant for a patent conferring on the licensee, or on him and persons authorised by him, to the exclusion of all other persons (including the proprietor or applicant), any right in respect of the invention to which the patent or application relates, and “exclusive licensee” and “non-exclusive licence” shall be construed accordingly;

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle which is used to store, to transport, or to secure a radiographic exposure device, a storage container, or a sealed source when it is not in use and which is locked or has a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering with, or unauthorized removal of the device, container, or source.

  • Non-Extended Facility has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.6(d).

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;

  • Commercial Premises Means a place of trade or premises operated for financial gain, including but not limited to, a retirement village or a block of flats that has a common facility; a place of trade where the manufacture and production of products or produce takes place; a site where renovation, restoration and refurbishment work as described in Appendix B takes place.

  • Area A means the area marked “Area A” outlined in red on the Plan (excluding that part shaded grey on the Plan);

  • Fluoroscopic imaging assembly means a subsystem in which X-ray photons produce a visual image. It includes the image receptor(s) such as the image intensifier and spot-film device, electrical interlocks, if any, and structural material providing linkage between the image receptor and diagnostic source assembly.

  • Classroom exclusion means the exclusion of a student from a classroom or instructional or activity area for behavioral violations, subject to the requirements of WAC 392-400-330 and 392-400-335. Classroom exclusion does not include action that results in missed instruction for a brief duration when:

  • Area B means the populated areas delineated by a red line and shaded in yellow on attached map No. 1, and the built-up area of the hamlets listed in Appendix 6 to Annex I; and

  • area of supply means the area within which a distribution licensee is authorised by his licence to supply electricity;

  • industrial premises means any place or premises (not being a private dwelling house), including the precincts thereof, in which or in any part of which any industry, trade, business, occupation or manufacturing is being ordinarily carried on with or without the aid of power and includes a godown attached thereto;

  • residential premises means a house, building, structure, shelter, or mobile home, or portion thereof, used as a dwelling, home, residence, or living place by 1 or more human beings. “Residential premises” includes an apartment unit, a boardinghouse, a rooming house, a mobile home, a mobile home space, and a single or multiple family dwelling, but does not include a hotel, a motel, motor home, or other tourist accommodation, when used as a temporary accommodation for guests or tourists, or premises used as the principal place of residence of the owner and rented occasionally during temporary absences including vacation or sabbatical leave.
