Non-Contributory Scheme definition

Non-Contributory Scheme means the non-contributory component of the AF Program as defined by Article 1, Section C, of the Borrower’s Law 24,714.
Non-Contributory Scheme means a non-contributory superannuation scheme maintained under Part H; "Rules" means the rules made under Part C or Part H as the context requires;
