Non-Construction Work definition

Non-Construction Work means all new jobs offered by Permanent Employers with respect to the Covered Commercial Operations.
Non-Construction Work means any Construction work in the County of Cumberland with a total construction value of less than $50 million dollars and an Electrical contract value of less than $8 million dollars.

  • Vertical construction means the construction or remodeling of any building, structure or other improvement that is predominantly vertical, including, without limitation, a building, structure or improvement for the support, shelter and enclosure of persons, animals, chattels or movable property of any kind, and any improvement appurtenant thereto.
