No Guaranty of Employment. This Agreement is not an employment policy or contract. It does not give the Executive the right to remain an employee of the Bank, nor does it interfere with the Bank’s right to discharge the Executive. It also does not require the Executive to remain an employee nor interfere with the Executive’s right to terminate employment at any time.
No Guaranty of Employment. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to entitle the Executive to continued employment with the Company prior to a Change of Control, and the rights of the Company to terminate the employment of the Executive, prior to a Change of Control, shall continue as fully as if this Agreement were not in effect.

It also does not require the Director to remain a director nor interfere with the Director's right to terminate services at any time.

This Agreement shall not constitute nor be construed nor interpreted as any guarantee nor contract for continued employment of Employee with the Company, any subsidiary or any successor company. The parties stipulate that as to any rights of ongoing or future employment, that the Employee is an employee at will.

The Company shall be entitled to terminate the Executive's employment at any time, subject to providing the severance benefits herein specified in accordance with the terms hereof. The Executive is free to resign from employment at any time and the Company is free, subject to the terms of this Agreement, to terminate the Executive's employment at any time and for any reason.

It does not (i) give the Director the right to remain a director of the Bank, (ii) require the Director to remain a director, (iii) interfere with the shareholders' rights to replace the Director, or (iv) interfere with the Director's rights to terminate services at any time.
