Common use of No Guaranty of Employment Clause in Contracts

No Guaranty of Employment. Nothing in this agreement shall be deemed to entitle the Executive to continued employment with the Company or its subsidiaries, and the rights of the Company to terminate the employment of the Executive shall continue as fully as if this agreement were not in effect, provided that any such termination of employment within two (2) years following a change of control shall entitle the Executive to the benefits herein provided.
