Nitrogen Management Area definition

Nitrogen Management Area means an area designated by the Director for which the Director prescribes mea- sures on an area-wide basis to control sources of nitrogen, including cumulative discharges from on-site wastewater treatment facilities, that threaten to cause or have caused an exceedance of the Aquifer Water Quality Standard for nitrate.
