Wastewater Treatment Facilities definition

Wastewater Treatment Facilities means an arrangement of devices and structures for treating wastewater, industrial wastes and sludge. Sometimes used as synonymous with "Waste Treatment Plant" or "Wastewater Treatment Plant" or "Water Pollution Control Plant".
