New York UCC. The UCC as in effect on the Closing Date in the State of New York, and as may be amended from time to time.

  • Any sale pursuant to the provisions of this Section 5.01 shall be deemed to conform to the commercially reasonable standards as provided in Section 9-610(b) of the New York UCC or its equivalent in other jurisdictions.

New York UCC means the UCC in effect in the State of New York.
New York UCC has the meaning set forth in Section 5.8(b) of the Base Indenture.
New York UCC. The UCC as in effect on the Closing Date in the State of New York, and as may be amended from time to time. Non-Subvented Receivable: A Receivable that was or will be acquired or originated by Ally Bank or its Affiliates that is not a Subvented Receivable.
