New Investors means each of Värde Investment Partners, L.P., Seneca Capital LP, Seneca Capital International Ltd., Delta Onshore, LP, Delta Institutional, LP, Delta Offshore, Ltd. Delta Pleiades, LP, and the Perry Investors.

New Investors means SBCVC Fund VI, L.P., a limited partnership incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands and Harvest Dall Pte Ltd, a private limited company incorporated under the laws of Singapore.
