At all times during the Term, Purchaser shall comply, and shall cause its Subsidiaries to comply, with all Laws applicable to Purchaser and Purchaser’s Subsidiaries concerning the FIG Holdco Business, any Alipay Business Product and/or any New FIG Business Product.
Doing business means engaging in any activity, whether legal or illegal, that is conducted
