Net Advertising Sales Revenue definition

Net Advertising Sales Revenue means the Advertising Sales Revenue, less any advertising agency commissions retained by the advertising agency or paid by 24/7 to the advertising agency.
Net Advertising Sales Revenue means the gross bookings of sales of Advertising by 24/7 and/or Lycos, as the case may be, from January 1, 2004 through the end of the Term, less Bad Debt. “Bad Debt” shall mean amounts of gross bookings of sales of Advertising not collected by 24/7 for campaigns (a) to be run on either (i) a single site of the Web Sites or (ii) channel campaigns (i.e., campaigns targeted to specific content areas and not XXX campaigns); and (b) the total gross booking amount with respect to the delivery on the Lycos Network is greater than $200,000, and (c) Lycos shall have been afforded the right and opportunity (at least 2 business days) to conduct its own credit check and accept or reject the campaign, and (d) the agreement with such advertiser shall provide Lycos with the right to pursue collection on its own commencing 90 days after the invoice date, if it so chooses.
Net Advertising Sales Revenue means, for the applicable period, the Contractor's gross billings less any labor, production and installation charges made by the Contractor with respect to its Advertising Services to Advertisers. Labor, production and installation charges/costs shall be provided monthly to ACC, along with the gross sales report and subject to audit as noted below. All net advertising sales revenue shall be considered "received by the Contractor" at the time of billing by Contractor to the Advertiser.

Net Advertising Sales Revenue means any revenue actually collected from advertisers by Licensee with respect to advertisements included inside the play area of the Game (including product placement, loading and log-in/log-out pages) in the Territory, but shall not include revenue arising from advertisements posted on web pages in wxx.xxxx.xxx and its related sub-domain for the Game outside the play area. Net Advertising Sales Revenue shall not include any fees paid to third party agents in connection with such advertising business, discounts etc. payable to the third parties as well as any and all relevant taxes.
