Gross Bookings definition

Gross Bookings means the total amount paid by our customers for travel products and services booked through or with us (including the part that is passed on to, or transacted by, the travel supplier), including taxes, service fees and other charges and excluding VAT. Gross Bookings include the gross value of transactions booked under both agency and principal models as well as transactions made under white label arrangements and transactions where we act as a “pure” intermediary whereby we serve as a click-through and pass the reservations made by the customer to the relevant travel supplier.

More Definitions of Gross Bookings

Gross Bookings means the aggregate amount (in Canadian Dollars) of all work contracted and booked through the App (the “Contracted Work”) by end users less (i) discounts actually granted to the extent customarily granted to customers based solely on volume, (ii) the trust and support fee charged to users by the Company and (iii) customer refunds actually credited. In calculating Gross Bookings, no deductions shall be made for: (A) cash or other discounts (except as stated above);

Gross income shall not be diminished as a result of the Security Instrument or the creation of any intervening estate or interest in the Property or any part thereof.

  • Local school operating revenue means school operating taxes levied under section 1211 of the revised school code, MCL 380.1211. For a receiving district, if school operating taxes are to be levied on behalf of a dissolved district that has been attached in whole or in part to the receiving district to satisfy debt obligations of the dissolved district under section 12 of the revised school code, MCL 380.12, local school operating revenue does not include school operating taxes levied within the geographic area of the dissolved district.
