NCCP Plan definition

NCCP Plan means a plan developed in accordance with the NCCP Act which provides comprehensive management and conservation of multiple wildlife species, and which identifies and provides for the regional or area-wide protection and perpetuation of natural wildlife diversity while allowing compatible and appropriate development and growth.
