National Categorical Pretreatment Standards means any regulation or order containing pollutant discharge limitations as promulgated by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, in accordance with §§ 307(b) and (c) of the Federal Act, which limitations apply to one or more specific categories of Industrial Users.
