Name Change Resolution definition

Name Change Resolution means a resolution of the Bethpage directors authorizing the directors of Bethpage to name change of the Resulting Issuer in its discretion;

Name Change Resolution means the special resolution to approve the Name Change to be considered at the Meeting, substantially in the form presented in this Information Circular.
