NABP definition

NABP means the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy.
NABP means National Association of Boards of Phar- macy.
NABP or “Defendant” means the Defendant, National Association of Boards of Pharmacy and the NABP’s past, present, and future officers, directors, employees, volunteers, representatives, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, related entities, predecessors, successors, members, and assigns.

  • The state National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) provider number is to be used and entered when billing online using the POS system or when using the UCF.

  • The board of pharmacy participates in the NAPLEX score transfer program offered by NABP.

  • If you have passed the NAPLEX in another state, you must contact NABP for a score transfer to Maine.

  • You must submit the appropriate certification evidence issued by NABP with this application.

Related to NABP
