Mutual Releases definition

Mutual Releases means, together, the release of the Company Released Parties pursuant to section 5.2 of the Plan of Arrangement and the release of the Noteholder Released Parties pursuant to section 5.3 of the Plan of Arrangement.
Mutual Releases means the Mutual Releases executed concurrently with the execution and delivery of this Agreement, but to be effective and reaffirmed as of the Closing, by Seller, the Company and each Officer and Manager.
Mutual Releases has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.6.

More Definitions of Mutual Releases

Mutual Releases means Mutual Releases in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A-1 or Exhibit A-2 that are either (i) executed concurrently with the execution and delivery of this Agreement, but to be effective and reaffirmed as of the Closing, by Sellers, each Manager and each Officer, on one hand, and Buyer and Crude JV, on the other hand, or (ii) delivered at the Closing pursuant to Section 6.5(b).
Mutual Releases has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 7.12 [Resignations];
Mutual Releases. Upon satisfaction of the conditions below in Section 17, the parties shall execute mutual releases of each other with respect to past and present claims against each other that have accrued in whole or in part as of the date of delivery of the executed release, whether known or unknown, whether raised in this Lawsuit or not, that are in any way connected or related to the lawsuit, or the November 1997 Agreement, or any libel or slander, or the sale or delivery of products, or the extension of credit, or the referral of customers, or the prior 1997 lawsuit among the parties, or any alleged misrepresentation or omission, or any other exchange, communication, issue or event between the parties. For the purpose of this paragraph and paragraphs 7, 8, 9 and 10 only, “parties” includes each party’s officers, directors, employees, attorneys, agents, subsidiaries and affiliate companies. The parties agree to cooperate in good faith to complete the documentation referred to herein, and to complete the mutual release referred to above.
Mutual Releases means the mutual releases in the forms of Exhibits E(1), E(2) and E(3);
