Affiliate Companies definition

Affiliate Companies means any companies controlling, being controlled by, or under common control with another company.
Affiliate Companies means Mile High LNG LLC, Stabilis GDS, Inc. (formerly Prometheus Energy Group, Inc.), Stabilis LNG EagleFord LLC, and Stabilis Energy Services, LLC.
Affiliate Companies means, unless otherwise specified, all past and present direct and indirect subsidiaries and parents of the Company.

More Definitions of Affiliate Companies

Affiliate Companies means in relation to any person, any entity controlled, directly or indirectly, by the person, any entity that controls, directly or indirectly, the person or any entity directly or indirectly under common control with the person. For this purpose, “control” of any entity or person means ownership of a majority of the voting power of the entity or person.
Affiliate Companies means those companies that Terumo owns and controls directly or indirectly around the world.
Affiliate Companies means JP4 Investments LLC, Globaldata Network LLP, Intersmart Colombia, Intersmart Chile, Intersmart Mexico, Intersmart Peru and Intersmart USA.
Affiliate Companies means Behn Meyer & Co. (T) Limited. and Behn Meyer AgriCare (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
Affiliate Companies means any corporation or company that directly or indirectly controls, or is controlled by, or is under common control with the relevant party, where “control” means to: (a) own more than 50% of the relevant party; or (b) be able to direct the affairs of the relevant party through any lawful means (e.g., a contract that allows control). „SoundPLAN Partner“ means an authorized reseller, distributor or systems integrator authorized by SoundPLAN to sell SoundPLAN software.

Related to Affiliate Companies

  • Associate Company means any other Company, in which the Company has a significant influence, but which is not a Subsidiary Company of the Company having such influence and includes a joint venture company.

  • Parent means a “parent corporation,” whether now or hereafter existing, as defined in Section 424(e) of the Code.
