MSR Documents definition
MSR Documents means (a) the MSR Loan Agreement, (b) the “Notes,” the “Guarantee,” the “Account Control Agreements,” and the “Servicing Contracts” (each as defined in the MSR Loan Agreement) and (c) all notices, certificates, financing statements and other documents to be executed and delivered by RFC, GMAC Mortgage or ResCap in connection with the transactions contemplated by the MSR Loan Agreement. MSR Loan Agreement is defined in the recitals.
MSR Documents means, collectively, (i) each ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Credit Agreement and (ii) each other credit (or similar) agreement among a Subsidiary of the Borrower, as borrower, and an MSR Lender, as lender, entered into after the Closing Date with respect to MSR Loans and containing terms and conditions as are customary for similar financings (as reasonably determined by the Borrower in good faith).
