Monthly Contract Fee definition

Monthly Contract Fee means the monthly fee quoted by the bidders in their Financial Bid, being the lump sum rate (in INR) in the BOQ , for providing 24x7 O&M Services in any or all the Packages on per month basis, which is to be paid by the Corporation to the Service Provider;
Monthly Contract Fee means the Monthly Contract Fee calculated in accordance with Schedule C.

Examples of Monthly Contract Fee in a sentence

  • Monthly Contract Fee payable to the Selected Bidder/ Service Provider shall be made by the Corporation, after making appropriate deduction such as TDS and other statutory deductions.

  • Apart from the Monthly Contract Fee (upon deduction of taxes, as may be applicable) as per the GCC, nothing extra or additional, on any head or account will be paid by you to us.

  • Under no circumstances, payment of wages to the employees shall be made contingent to the receipt of Monthly Contract Fee from the Authority and there should not be any delay in making payment of the monthly wages of the employees from the period as specified above.

  • Disbursement of the Monthly Contract Fee by way of bank transfer to the designated bank account of the Service Provider.

  • The Service Provider shall raise a second bill/ invoice of the balance amount of 50% of the Monthly Contract Fee, by the 15th of the succeeding calendar month, complete in all respects and duly countersigned by the Superintendent of the facility, which will be paid after examining the correctness and completeness of the invoice and supporting documents and after making necessary adjustments for Liquidated Damages or otherwise, which shall be calculated and recorded properly.

  • LIQUIDATED DAMAGESThe Authority would deduct a portion of the Monthly Contract Fee due to the Service Provider for any calendar month after the Effective Date, if the Service Provider fails to meet during that calendar month, the performance parameters as described hereinbelow.

  • Upon completion of each calendar month, the Service Provider will submit facility-wise, a first invoice / bill by the 10th of the succeeding month to the Authority at Swasthya Sathi building, in the manner prescribed in Schedule – A of this GCC, of an amount of 50% of the Monthly Contract Fee.

  • If required, the Authority shall give an oral hearing to the Service Provider in this regard and thereafter, the Authority shall decide as to the quantum of Liquidated Damages that may be imposed, after which such deductions on account of Liquidated Damages shall be carried out from the Monthly Contract Fee payable to the Service Provider.

Related to Monthly Contract Fee

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.

  • Declared Monthly Consumption means the Declared Monthly Consumption set out in the Acceptance Form for Electricity Supply.

  • Contract Fee means the lump sum rates as outlined in Schedule ‘B’ – Quote Form.

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • Monthly Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in subsection 3.01.

  • Monthly Debt Service Payment Amount means, for each Monthly Payment Date, an amount equal to the amount of interest which is then due on all the Components of the Loan in the aggregate for the Interest Period during which such Monthly Payment Date occurs.

  • Monthly Service Fees means the monthly (or 1/12 of the annual fee) subscription fees paid for the affected Cloud Service which did not meet the SA SLA.

  • Monthly Fee means the total consideration, including but not limited to, equipment or locker rental,

  • Minimum Monthly Payment for any Mortgage Loan and any month means the minimum amount required to be paid by the related mortgagor in that month.

  • Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Servicer in respect of any waived Prepayment Charges pursuant to Section 2.05 or Section 3.01.

  • Master Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 2.03(b) in respect of any waived (or, with respect to subsequent changes of law, any unenforceable) Prepayment Charges.

  • Monthly Base Rent The monthly rent specified in Section 1.01(8).

  • Monthly Payment Amount means, with respect to each Payment Date, a payment equal to the amount of interest which has accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period, computed at the Interest Rate.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Group I Interest Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, that portion of the Available Funds for such Distribution Date attributable to interest received or advanced with respect to the Group I Mortgage Loans.

  • Monthly Fees means, collectively, [INSERT FOR HFS: the Monthly Food and Beverage Fee,] the Monthly Program Fee and the Monthly Royalty Fee, each of which is set forth in the Addendum.   • Group II Interest Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, that portion of the Available Funds for such Distribution Date attributable to interest received or advanced with respect to the Group II Mortgage Loans.

  • Base Servicing Fee means the fee payable to the Servicer on each Distribution Date for services rendered during the related Collection Period, which shall be equal to one-twelfth of the Servicing Rate multiplied by the Pool Balance as of the close of business on the last day of the immediately preceding Collection Period or, with respect to the first Distribution Date, the Original Pool Balance.

  • Period Servicing Amount means, for any twelve month period with respect to each of the Shared-Loss Agreements during which the loss-sharing provisions of the applicable Shared-Loss Agreement are in effect, the product of (i) the simple average of the principal amount of Shared-Loss Loans and Shared-Loss Assets (other than the Shared-Loss Securities) (in each case as defined in the Shared-Loss Agreements), as the case may be, at the beginning of such period and at the end of such period times (ii) one percent (1%).

  • Interest Remittance Amount With respect to any Mortgage Pool and Distribution Date, (a) the sum of (1) all interest collected (other than in connection with Payaheads and Prepayment Premiums) or advanced in respect of Scheduled Payments in such Mortgage Pool during the related Collection Period by the Servicers, the Master Servicer, or the Trustee (solely acting in its capacity as successor Master Servicer), minus (x) the Servicing Fee with respect to the Mortgage Loans and (y) previously unreimbursed Advances and other amounts due to the Servicers, the Master Servicer or the Trustee (solely acting in its capacity as successor Master Servicer) to the extent allocable to interest and the allocable portion of previously unreimbursed Servicing Advances with respect to the Mortgage Loans, (2) any Compensating Interest Payments with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Pool with respect to the related Prepayment Period (or in the case of Mortgage Loans serviced by Aurora, the relevant Collection Period), (3) the portion of any Purchase Price, as applicable, or Substitution Amount paid with respect the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Pool during the related Prepayment Period (or in the case of Mortgage Loans serviced by Aurora, the relevant Collection Period) allocable to interest, and (4) all Net Liquidation Proceeds, Insurance Proceeds and any other recoveries collected with respect to the Mortgage Loans during the related Prepayment Period (or in the case of Mortgage Loans serviced by Aurora, the relevant Collection Period), to the extent allocable to interest, as reduced by (b) other costs, expenses or liabilities reimbursable to the Trustee, the Master Servicer or each Servicer to the extent provided in this Agreement and each Servicing Agreement, and the Custodian pursuant to the Custodial Agreement; provided, however, that in the case of the Trustee, such reimbursable amounts may not exceed $500,000 during any Anniversary Year up to and including the Anniversary Year in which the Stepdown Date occurs and $200,000 during any Anniversary Year thereafter (the “Applicable Maximum Reimbursement Amount”). In the event that the Trustee incurs reimbursable amounts in excess of the Applicable Maximum Reimbursement Amount in any Anniversary Year, it may obtain reimbursement for such amounts in subsequent Anniversary Years, but in no event shall more than the Applicable Maximum Reimbursement Amount in aggregate be reimbursed to the Trustee per Anniversary Year. Notwithstanding the foregoing, costs and expenses incurred by the Trustee pursuant to Section 6.14(a) in connection with any transfer of servicing shall be excluded in determining the Applicable Maximum Reimbursement Amount limitation on reimbursable amounts per Anniversary Year. For the avoidance of doubt, (i) the Interest Remittance Amount available on each Swap Payment Date for distributions to the Supplemental Interest Trust Account shall be equal to the Interest Remittance Amount on the related Distribution Date and (ii) the Interest Remittance Amount for each Distribution Date shall be calculated without regard to any distributions to the Supplemental Interest Trust Account on the related Swap Payment Date.

  • Servicing Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.22.
