Monte Titoli Account Holder definition

Monte Titoli Account Holder means any authorised financial intermediary institution entitled to hold accounts on behalf of its customers with Monte Titoli (as intermediari aderenti) in accordance with Article 83-quarter of Italian Legislative Decree No. 58 of 24 February 1998 and includes any depository banks appointed by the Relevant Clearing System;

Monte Titoli Account Holder means any authorised financial intermediary institution entitled to hold accounts on behalf of its customers with Monte Titoli (as intermediari aderenti) in accordance with Article 83-quarter of the Financial Law Consolidated Act;

Monte Titoli Account Holder means any authorised financial intermediary institution entitled to hold accounts on behalf of its customers with Monte Titoli.
