If requested by the Secured Party, the Debtor shall also obtain a blocked account, lockbox or similar agreement with all or certain Depository Banks.
Dedicated margin accounts opened with designated branches of Designated Depository Banks, as required by the Exchange, shall be used as Member’s dedicated fund accounts.
Each Member shall,depending on business needs, open dedicated margin accounts in various currencies with one or more Designated Depository Banks to deposit margin and relevant funds.
