Designated Account Property definition

Designated Account Property. The Designated Accounts, all cash, investments, Financial Assets, securities and investment property held from time to time in any Designated Account (whether in the form of deposit accounts, Physical Property, book-entry securities, Uncertificated Securities or otherwise), including the Reserve Account Deposit, and all proceeds of the foregoing but excluding all Investment Earnings thereon.

Examples of Designated Account Property in a sentence

  • Any Designated Account Property that constitutes Physical Property shall be delivered to the Indenture Trustee and shall be held, pending maturity or disposition, solely by the Indenture Trustee, or by a Securities Intermediary acting solely for the Indenture Trustee, as collateral agent.

  • The Securities Intermediary will make available electronically, copies of all statements, confirmations and other correspondence concerning the Designated Accounts and any Designated Account Property simultaneously to each of the Servicer and the Indenture Trustee.

Related to Designated Account Property

  • Trust Account Property means the Trust Accounts, all amounts and investments held from time to time in any Trust Account (whether in the form of deposit accounts, Physical Property, book-entry securities, uncertificated securities or otherwise), and all proceeds of the foregoing.

  • Designated Account means the Deposit Account of Borrower identified on Schedule D-1 to the Agreement (or such other Deposit Account of Borrower located at Designated Account Bank that has been designated as such, in writing, by Borrower to Agent).

  • Collateral Accounts means any and all accounts established and maintained by the Pledgee in the name of any Pledgor to which Collateral may be credited.

  • Controlled Account means each deposit account and securities account that is subject to an account control agreement in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the L/C Issuer.
