Minor Source Permit definition

Minor Source Permit means a single permit that authorizes the construction and operation of a new minor source or the modification and operation of an existing minor source.
Minor Source Permit means an approval or permit issued by the Office of Air Resources for the construction, installation or modification of a stationary source that is neither a major stationary source nor a major modification. Any general permit issued pursuant to the requirements of this regulation shall be considered a minor source permit.
Minor Source Permit means an approval or permit issued by the Division for the construction, installation or modification of a stationary source that is neither a major stationary source nor a major modification.

Examples of Minor Source Permit in a sentence

  • Failure to submit a timely and complete permit application prior to construction, but the application was submitted within one year from the start of construction of a facility that is eligible for coverage under a Minor Source Permit or a Minor Source - Air General Permit for a crude oil and/or natural gas facility.

  • Failure to obtain a Minor Source Permit or a Minor Source Permit - Air General Permit, but obtained the necessary permit within two years after commencement of operations of a crude oil and/or natural gas facility that may result in the initiation of emission of air contaminants.

Related to Minor Source Permit

  • Special use permit means a permit issued in accordance with Chapter 10, Special Use Permit Act.

  • Applicable Permit means the Kansas Water Pollution Control and National Pollution Discharge Elimination System Stormwater Runoff from Construction Activities General Permit or a project specific stormwater permit issued to KDOT.

  • Transferable Permits means those Permits and Environmental Permits with respect to the Assets or the Business which may be transferred to Buyer with or without a filing with, notice to, consent of or approval of any Governmental Authority, and excluding those Permits and Environmental Permits with respect to the Assets or the Business which are non-transferable to Buyer and with respect to which Buyer must apply for and obtain replacements.

  • General permit means a Permit which covers multiple dischargers of a point source category within a designated geographical area, in lieu of individual Permits being issued to each discharger.

  • Regulatory Permits means all Permits granted by the FDA or any comparable Governmental Entity to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, including investigational new drug applications, Biologics License Applications, manufacturing approvals and authorizations, clinical trial authorizations and ethical reviews, or their national or foreign equivalents.

Under these state permits, the Commonwealth imposes and enforces requirements pursuant to the federal Clean Water Act and regulations, the Virginia Stormwater Management Act and the Regulations.

  • Required Permits shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.24.
