Major stationary source definition
Major stationary source means any of the following:
Major stationary source means any stationary source or modification whose allowable emissions of any air contaminant, except for lead and greenhouse gases, are equal to or greater than 50 tons per year. For the air contaminant lead, "major stationary source" means any stationary source or modification whose allowable emissions of lead are equal to or greater than five tons per year.
