Minor Revisions definition

Minor Revisions. The following shall be considered Minor Revisions, subject to Type II Review:
Minor Revisions are updates to the Data Set provided by Iron Mountain as part of the Subscription that do not qualify as Major Revisions.
Minor Revisions. The client reviews the polished schema and requests minor revisions (placement, color, etc.).

More Definitions of Minor Revisions

Minor Revisions means an update or upgrade to the Comtrac System which Comtrac considers to do any of the following;• Improve or add to the functionality of the Comtrac System in a minor way; or • Add a new module to the Comtrac System which adds only a minor function to the Comtrac System.

Related to Minor Revisions

  • Permit revision means any permit modification or administrative permit amendment.

  • Minor Variations means any modifications reasonably required: (i) to comply with all applicable Legal Requirements and/or to obtain or to comply with any required permit (including the TI Permit); (ii) to comply with any request by Tenant for modifications to Landlord’s Work; (iii) to comport with good design, engineering, and construction practices that are not material; or (iv) to make reasonable adjustments for field deviations or conditions encountered during the construction of Landlord’s Work.

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • Construction Change Directive means a written order prepared by Owner Parties and signed by Owner directing Contractor to perform a change in the Work prior to agreeing to a change, if any, to the Contract Time, schedule of performance of the Work, Contract Sum, or Contractor’s compensation.

  • Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.

  • Architectural Review Committee or “ARC” shall mean the architectural review committee established by the Organization to review plans submitted to the Organization for architectural review.

  • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time.

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Work package means a major sub-division of the proposed project.

  • Unilateral Change Order (ULCO means a Change Order issued by Owner without the complete agreement of Contractor, as to cost and/or time.

  • Training Plan means the plan that outlines what training and assessment will be conducted off-the-job and what will be conducted on-the-job and how the Registered Training Organisation will assist in ensuring the integrity of both aspects of the training and assessment process.
