Services, save for exceptions stipulated in the Agreement, shall be provided for the Minimum Term of Service Provision, after which it is assumed that the service shall be provided for indefinite time period unless any of the Parties submits to the other Party, no later than thirty (30) days before the lapse of the Minimum Term of Service Provision, a written declaration that it does not wish to continue the Agreement.
