Mine Maintenance Plan definition

Mine Maintenance Plan has the meaning attributed to it in paragraph 22.1.
Mine Maintenance Plan means a plan submitted to the Participants by the Operator pursuant to Section 15.1 of the Agreement;
Mine Maintenance Plan has the meaning given in clause 15.1.

Related to Mine Maintenance Plan

  • Maintenance Plan means a maintenance plan pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:8-5.2(b) and 5.8 prepared by the design engineer for the stormwater management measures incorporated into the design of a major development.
