Migrant definition

Migrant means a child who is unlawfully within the territory of Namibia, because of illegal entry into Namibia or because of expiry of a legally acquired permit;
Migrant means a seasonal farm worker whose farm work experience during the preceding 12 months required travel such that the worker was unable to return to such worker’s residence (domicile) in the same day.
Migrant means any individual who customarily and repeatedly travels from state to state for the purpose of obtaining seasonal employment in agriculture, including the spouse and children of such individuals, whether or not authorized by law to engage in such employment.
