Examples of Middle Tier Schedule in a sentence

  • The beneficial ownership interest of the Middle Tier REMIC shall be evidenced by the interests having the designations, original Class Balances, Certificate Interest Rates and Final Distribution Dates set forth on the Middle Tier Schedule.

  • As to any Three Tier Series, the interests issued hereunder and specified in the related Middle Tier Schedule other than the RM Class Certificate.

  • The Issuer will determine the Interest Rate on the basis of LIBOR and the applicable formula specified in the related Prospectus Supplement or the related Lower Tier Schedule or Middle Tier Schedule, as the case may be.

  • Any Middle Tier Interests will have the designations, original principal balances (or notional principal balances), interest rates and Final Distribution Dates set forth on the related Middle Tier Schedule.

  • On each Distribution Date, the Middle Tier Principal Distribution Amount shall be applied as principal of particular Middle Tier Regular Interests in amounts corresponding to the respective amounts required to be applied as principal of their related Companion Classes, or as described in the Middle Tier Schedule, from the Principal Distribution Amount as provided herein.

  • On each Distribution Date, the Middle Tier Interest Distribution Amount shall be applied to the distribution of interest accrued on each Class of Middle Tier Regular Interests during the preceding Interest Accrual Period at the per annum rate specified on the Middle Tier Schedule in an amount corresponding to the amount required to be applied as interest on its related Companion Class on such Distribution Date.

  • On each Distribution Date, the portion of the Middle Tier Distribution Amount distributable thereon shall be applied first to the distribution of interest accrued on each applicable Class of Middle Tier Regular Classes during the preceding Interest Accrual Period at the per annum rate specified on the Middle Tier Schedule and second to the principal thereof as described below.

  • On each Distribution Date, the portion of the Middle Tier Distribution Amount distributable thereon shall be applied first to the distribution of interest accrued on each applicable Class of Middle Tier Interests during the preceding Interest Accrual Period at the per annum rate specified on the Middle Tier Schedule and second to the principal thereof as described below.

  • The beneficial ownership interest of the Middle Tier REMIC shall be evidenced by the interests having the designations, original Class Balances, Interest Rates and Final Distribution Dates set forth on the Middle Tier Schedule.

Related to Middle Tier Schedule

  • Purchaser Schedule means the Purchaser Schedule to this Agreement listing the Purchasers of the Notes and including their notice and payment information.

  • Order Schedule means an MSC Order Schedule (or other order document) agreed to by Customer and MSC, and which incorporates this Agreement, by reference or otherwise, and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services ordered.

  • Receivables Schedule means the schedule of receivables attached as Schedule A, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time.

  • Amortization Schedule means, with respect to each Equipment Note, the amortization schedule for such Equipment Note delivered pursuant to Section 2.02 of the Trust Indenture.

  • Tariff Schedule means the tariff schedule contained in Annexure B to this Access Arrangement or, if Envestra has published a revised tariff schedule, the tariff schedule in effect from time to time.

  • Asset Schedule means with respect to any Transaction as of any date, an asset schedule in the form of a computer tape or other electronic medium (including an Excel spreadsheet) generated by Seller and delivered to Buyer and the Custodian, which provides information (including, without limitation, the information set forth on Exhibit E attached hereto) relating to the Purchased Mortgage Loans in a format reasonably acceptable to Buyer.

  • Asset Pool 1 Supplement means the Asset Pool 1 Supplement dated as of October 9, 2002, by and between the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee, as amended and supplemented from time to time.

  • Prepayment Charge Schedule As of any date, the list of Prepayment Charges included in the Trust Fund on such date, attached hereto as Schedule 2 (including the prepayment charge summary attached thereto). The Prepayment Charge Schedule shall set forth the following information with respect to each Prepayment Charge:

  • Schedule B herein mean Schedule B attached hereto as constituted on the Effective Date, and thereafter as it may be amended from time to time (deemed or in writing) pursuant to Section 16 or 19(l).

  • Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation

  • Schedule means a schedule to this Agreement.

  • Schedule C means internal revenue service schedule C (form 1040) filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Plan Schedule means the key terms applicable to Plans as set, and as may be varied by Us, from time to time in its absolute discretion without notice to You;

  • Expected Amortization Schedule means, with respect to any Tranche, the expected amortization schedule related thereto set forth in the Series Supplement.

  • Purchase Price Allocation Schedule has the meaning set forth in Section 5.11(f)(ii).

  • The Schedule of Quantities/BOQ means the schedule of quantities as specified and forming part of this contract. Words importing persons include firms and corporations. Words importing the singular only, also include the plural and vice verse where the Context requires. 1.0 SCOPE OF WORKThe detailed scope of the work is given in the BOQ

  • Shift Schedule means a projection of Employees’ shifts with regard to days worked and days off, including shift starting and terminating times.

  • Schedule of Values means the detailed breakdown of the cost of the materials, labor, and equipment necessary to accomplish the Work as described in the Contract Documents, submitted by Contractor for approval by Owner and A/E.

  • Allocation Schedule has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07.

  • Day-Ahead Schedule has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Loan Schedule The schedule, as amended from time to time, of Loans attached hereto as Exhibit D, which shall set forth as to each Loan the following, among other things:
