Middle East Territory definition

Middle East Territory means Aramco, Bahrain, Cyprus, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Yemen.
Middle East Territory under Section I (Territories) of TL 10 shall be amended by deleting the following country: “Kazakhstan”.

  • Sanctioned Territory means a country or territory that is the subject of comprehensive economic Sanctions including, without limitation, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and the Crimea.
