Memorandum of Master Lease definition

Memorandum of Master Lease means the agreement of even date herewith executed by the Parties which sets forth certain of the basic terms of this Master Lease, and is in recordable form.
Memorandum of Master Lease means that certain Memorandum of Master Lease, by and between Propco and MGM Lessee, LLC, dated April 25, 2016 and recorded on April 25, 2016 as Instrument No. 20160425-0000698 in the Official Records with respect to the Master Lease.
Memorandum of Master Lease means a memorandum of the Master Lease, as referenced in the Master Lease, as amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
