Members of the Immediate Family means with respect to any individual, each parent (whether by birth or adoption), spouse, or child or other descendants (whether by birth or adoption) of such individual, each spouse of any of the aforementioned Persons, each trust created solely for the benefit of such individual and/or one or more of the aforementioned Persons, and each legal representative of such individual or of any aforementioned Persons (including without limitation a tutor, curator, mandatary due to incapacity, custodian, guardian or testamentary executor), acting in such capacity under the authority of the law, an order from a competent tribunal, a will or a mandate in case of incapacity or similar instrument. For the purposes of this definition, a Person shall be considered the spouse of an individual if such Person is legally married to such individual, lives in a civil union with such individual or is the common law partner (as defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada) as amended from time to time) of such individual. A Person who was the spouse of an individual within the meaning of this paragraph immediately before the death of such individual shall continue to be considered a spouse of such individual after the death of such individual;
Supportive personnel means unlicensed individuals who:
teachers of the University means Professors, Readers, Lecturers and such other persons as may be appointed for imparting instruction or conducting research in the University or in any College or Institution maintained by the University and are designated as teachers by the Ordinances;
Members means all such Persons.
Medical personnel means those persons assigned, by a Party to the conflict, exclusively to the medical purposes enumerated under subparagraph (e) or to the administration of medical units or to the operation or administration of medical transports. Such assignments may be either permanent or temporary. The term includes:
Individuals means the person(s) who is the subject of PHI and includes a person who qualifies as a personal representative in accordance with 45 CFR 164.502(g).
Professional Persons means all Persons retained by order of the Bankruptcy Court in connection with the Reorganization Cases, pursuant to sections 327, 328, 330 or 1103 of the Bankruptcy Code, excluding any ordinary course professionals retained pursuant to order of the Bankruptcy Court.
Committees means Committees of the Board for the time being in force.
Persons means an individual, a limited liability company, a partnership, a joint venture, a corporation, a trust, an unincorporated organization, any other entity and any governmental entity or any department or agency thereof.
Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.
Board Members means the Directors or Trustees of the governing body of the Fund, as the case may be.
Expatriate Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile outside India;
New Directors means any director whose election by the Board or whose nomination for election by the Company's stockholders was approved by a vote of at least two-thirds of the directors then still in office who were Present Directors or New Directors.
Medical Board means the North Carolina Medical Board.
Covered Personnel means any Person who is or was an employee, consultant or independent contractor of the Covered Parties as of the date of the relevant act prohibited by this Section 2(a) or during the one (1) year period preceding such date.
Local Personnel means such professionals and support staff who at the time of being so provided had their domicile inside the Government’s country.
IEP Team means a group of individuals described in Wis. Stat. § 115.78 that is responsible for evaluating the child to determine the child’s eligibility or continued eligibility for special education and related services and the educational needs of the child; developing, reviewing, or revising an IEP for the child; and determining the special education placement for the child.
School board means the governing board of directors of the local school district.
Senior Management Personnel means personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all functional heads.
MUSL Board means the governing body of the MUSL, which is comprised of the chief executive officer of each Party Lottery.
Salaries paid to employees or words of similar import means salaries and amounts actually paid (excluding payments or factors for holidays, vacations, sick time, bonuses, profit participations and other similar payments) to architects, engineers, designers, drafters or other professional and technical employees of the Consultant for time actually spent directly in the performance of technical services hereunder and recorded on daily time records which have been approved by the employee's immediate supervisor, excluding the time of any employee of the Consultant to the extent that the time of such employee of the Consultant is devoted to typing/word processing, stenographic, clerical or administrative functions. Such functions shall be deemed to be included in the multiplier referred to in Subparagraph A above.
Company Personnel means any current or former officer, employee, director or consultant of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Personnel means persons hired by the Consultant or by any Subconsultant as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part thereof;
Senior Managers means, collectively, Xxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx Aas, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx and Xxxx Xxxxxxx.
School personnel means professional employee or professional’s delegate of the school district who provides health, educational, social, psychological, law enforcement, or child care services.
