Members of the personnel definition

Members of the personnel as used in G.S. 87-10 means a person who is a responsible managing employee of the applicant or licensee. A member of the personnel must be a W-2 employee and shall not be an independent contractor. contractor of the applicant or licensee.

  • Members of the Immediate Family means with respect to any individual, each parent (whether by birth or adoption), spouse, or child or other descendants (whether by birth or adoption) of such individual, each spouse of any of the aforementioned Persons, each trust created solely for the benefit of such individual and/or one or more of the aforementioned Persons, and each legal representative of such individual or of any aforementioned Persons (including without limitation a tutor, curator, mandatary due to incapacity, custodian, guardian or testamentary executor), acting in such capacity under the authority of the law, an order from a competent tribunal, a will or a mandate in case of incapacity or similar instrument.   • Supportive personnel means unlicensed individuals who:

  • teachers of the University means Professors, Readers, Lecturers and such other persons as may be appointed for imparting instruction or conducting research in the University or in any College or Institution maintained by the University and are designated as teachers by the Ordinances;

  • Members means all such Persons.

  • Medical personnel means those persons assigned, by a Party to the conflict, exclusively to the medical purposes enumerated under subparagraph (e) or to the administration of medical units or to the operation or administration of medical transports. Such assignments may be either permanent or temporary. The term includes:

  • New Directors means any director whose election by the Board or whose nomination for election by the Company's stockholders was approved by a vote of at least two-thirds of the directors then still in office who were Present Directors or New Directors.

  • Medical Board means the North Carolina Medical Board.

  • Covered Personnel means any Person who is or was an employee, consultant or independent contractor of the Covered Parties as of the date of the relevant act prohibited by this Section 2(a) or during the one (1) year period preceding such date.

  • Local Personnel means such professionals and support staff who at the time of being so provided had their domicile inside the Government’s country.

  • IEP Team means a group of individuals described in Wis. Stat. § 115.78 that is responsible for evaluating the child to determine the child’s eligibility or continued eligibility for special education and related services and the educational needs of the child; developing, reviewing, or revising an IEP for the child; and determining the special education placement for the child.

  • School board means the governing board of directors of the local school district.

  • Senior Management Personnel means personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all functional heads.

  • MUSL Board means the governing body of the MUSL, which is comprised of the chief executive officer of each Party Lottery.

  • Salaries paid to employees or words of similar import means salaries and amounts actually paid (excluding payments or factors for holidays, vacations, sick time, bonuses, profit participations and other similar payments) to architects, engineers, designers, drafters or other professional and technical employees of the Consultant for time actually spent directly in the performance of technical services hereunder and recorded on daily time records which have been approved by the employee's immediate supervisor, excluding the time of any employee of the Consultant to the extent that the time of such employee of the Consultant is devoted to typing/word processing, stenographic, clerical or administrative functions. Such functions shall be deemed to be included in the multiplier referred to in Subparagraph A above.

  • Company Personnel means any current or former officer, employee, director or consultant of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Personnel means persons hired by the Consultant or by any Subconsultant as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part thereof;
