Medication Administration Record (MAR) definition

Medication Administration Record (MAR) means a document in the Inmate’s permanent medical record that serves as a legal record of the medications administered to an Inmate at a facility.
Medication Administration Record (MAR) means the documentation of the administration of written or verbal orders for medication, laboratory and other medical procedures issued by a LMP acting within the scope of their license.¶
