Master Lease Subordination Agreement definition

Master Lease Subordination Agreement means the Master Lease Subordination and Attornment Agreement executed by Master Tenant for the benefit of Lender, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Master Lease Subordination Agreement means a Subordination Agreement (whether one or more), in the form approved by Administrative Agent, executed by Master Tenant, Borrower and Administrative Agent with respect to the Master Lease.

Master Lease Subordination Agreement means, individually and collectively, as the context may require, a Subordination, Non- Disturbance and Attornment Agreement (whether one or more), in the form approved by Administrative Agent, executed by a Master Tenant, a Borrower and Administrative Agent with respect to a Master Lease.
