Bondowner Representative definition

Bondowner Representative means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., a national banking association, or as otherwise defined in Section 1.01 of the Indenture.

More Definitions of Bondowner Representative

Bondowner Representative has the meaning given that term in the first paragraph of the Agreement.

Bondowner Representative means (a) initially, U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association organized under the laws of the United States of America, and on and after the Conversion Date, MassMutual; or (b) any successor thereto as required by Section 2.05(b)(iv) hereof.

Bondowner Representative means (a) the Bank or any affiliate of thereof (or any successor to the Bank, whether by merger, acquisition of assets or otherwise), so long as the Bank or such affiliate owns a majority in aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Bonds and (b) if neither the Bank nor any affiliate of the Bank (or any such successor) owns a majority in aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Bonds, then the Majority Bondholder or a Person appointed to be the Bondowner Representative by such Majority Bondholder (or by a majority of the Bondholders if there is no Majority Bondholder).

Bondowner Representative means, initially, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association and any successor entity pursuant to the 2018 Indenture and the 2022 Indenture.
