Master Declarant definition

Master Declarant means SMR Communities Joint Venture, a Florida general partnership, its successors and assigns.
Master Declarant. : Master Declarant shall mean and refer to Cary Land Company, LLC, an Alabama Limited Liability Company, and its successors or assigns.
Master Declarant means PN II, Inc., a Nevada corporation, and its successors and any person or entity to which it may transfer any special declarant’s right under the Master Declaration.

Master Declarant means Hassayampa Village Community, L.L.C., an Arizona limited liability company.
