Master Classes definition

Master Classes means the Motorsport UK classes given by an experienced tutor to the Championship competitors at the Rounds;

  • The Directors may from time to time in accordance with the requirements of the Central Bank, designate additional Master Classes or Series and issue Shares in Master Classes or Series.

  • University Master Classes are programs of scientific specialisation and higher education, aimed at developing and training high-level skills and competences.

  • Any Establishment Expenses of the ICAV shall be allocated between Master Classes on such basis as the Directors may from time to time in their discretion determine and shall be subject to such adjustment following the establishment of new Master Classes as the Directors may determine.

  • Class” or “Classes means any class or classes of Shares as may from time to time be issued by the Company;
