Class B-6 Optimal Principal Amount As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of (I) the sum, as to each Outstanding Mortgage Loan, of the product of (x) the Non-PO Fraction with respect to such Mortgage Loan and (y) the sum of:
Scheduled Principal Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of all amounts described in clauses (a) through (d) of the definition of Non-PO Formula Principal Amount for such Distribution Date; provided, however, that if a Bankruptcy Loss that is an Excess Loss is sustained with respect to a Mortgage Loan that is not a Liquidated Mortgage Loan, the Scheduled Principal Distribution Amounts will be reduced on the related Distribution Date by the applicable Non-PO Percentage of the principal portion of such Bankruptcy Loss.
Class B-4 Optimal Principal Amount As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of (I) the sum, as to each Outstanding Mortgage Loan, of the product of (x) the Non-PO Fraction with respect to such Mortgage Loan and (y) the sum of:
Unscheduled Principal Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of (i) with respect to each Mortgage Loan that became a Liquidated Mortgage Loan during the calendar month preceding the month of such Distribution Date, the Non-PO Percentage of the Liquidation Proceeds allocable to principal received with respect to such Mortgage Loan and (ii) the applicable Non-PO Percentage of the amount described in clause (f) of the definition of "Non-PO Formula Principal Amount" for such Distribution Date.

Matured Principal Shortfall means, with respect to any Distribution Date and for any Class of Notes which would have a remaining principal balance greater than zero on such Distribution Date, after taking into account the payment of all other principal amounts to such Class on such Distribution Date and as to which such Distribution Date is either the Final Scheduled Distribution Date for such Class, or a Distribution Date subsequent to such Final Scheduled Distribution Date, the remaining principal balance of such Class on such Distribution Date after taking into account the payment of all other principal amounts to such Class on such Distribution Date.
Class B-1 Optimal Principal Amount As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of (I) the sum, as to each Outstanding Mortgage Loan, of the product of (x) the Non-PO Fraction with respect to such Mortgage Loan and (y) the sum of:
Class Principal Amount With respect to each Class of Certificates, the aggregate of the Certificate Principal Amounts of all Certificates of such Class at the date of determination. With respect to any Lower-Tier Interest, the initial Class Principal Amount as shown or described in the table set forth in the Preliminary Statement for the issuing REMIC, as reduced by principal distributed with respect to such Lower-Tier Interest and Realized Losses allocated to such Lower-Tier Interest at the date of determination.
Notional Principal Amount For calculating interest payments, on each Class of outstanding Interest Only MAC Notes as of any Payment Date, an amount equal to the outstanding Class Principal Balance as of such Payment Date of the portion of the related Class of Class M Notes that was exchanged for such Interest Only MAC Note.
Class Principal Distribution Amount As to each RCR Class, an amount as to principal equal to (i) the concurrent distribution of principal in respect of the related REMIC Class or Classes multiplied by (ii) a fraction the numerator of which is the Aggregate Denomination of such RCR Class and the denominator of which is the Initial Authorized Denomination of such RCR Class. principal class of shares means the class or classes of shares representing a majority of the voting power and value of the company;
Regular Principal Distribution Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to (a) the excess, if any, of (i) the Note Balance as of such Payment Date (before giving effect to any principal payments made on the Notes on such Payment Date), over (ii) the excess, if any, of the Adjusted Pool Balance as of the end of the related Collection Period less the Overcollateralization Target Amount minus (b) the sum of the First Priority Principal Distribution Amount and the Second Priority Principal Distribution Amount for such Payment Date.
Original Class Principal Balance means, with respect to any Class of Principal Balance Certificates, the initial Class Principal Balance thereof as of the Closing Date, in each case as specified in the Preliminary Statement.
Subordinated Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the excess of (A) the sum, not less than zero, of (i) the Subordinated Percentage of the applicable Non-PO Percentage of all amounts described in subclauses (a) through (d) of clause (i) of the definition of Non-PO Formula Principal Amount for such Distribution Date, (ii) with respect to each Mortgage Loan that became a Liquidated Mortgage Loan during the calendar month preceding the month of such Distribution Date, the applicable Non-PO Percentage of the amount of the Liquidation Proceeds allocated to principal received with respect thereto remaining after application thereof pursuant to clause (ii) of the definition of Senior Principal Distribution Amount, up to the Subordinated Percentage of the applicable Non-PO Percentage of the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan, (iii) the Subordinated Prepayment Percentage of the applicable Non-PO Percentage of all amounts described in subclause (f) of clause (i) of the definition of Non-PO Formula Principal Amount for such Distribution Date, and (iv) the Subordinated Prepayment Percentage of any Subsequent Recoveries described in clause (ii) of the definition of Non-PO Formula Principal Amount for such Distribution Date, over (B) the amount of any payments in respect of Class PO Deferred Amounts on the related Distribution Date.
Loan Group 1 Principal Distribution Amount or "Loan Group 2 Principal Distribution Amount"; fourth, as a recovery of Nonrecoverable Advances; fifth, in accordance with the Servicing Standards, as a recovery of any other amounts due and owing on such Mortgage Loan or Companion Loan, as applicable, including, without limitation, Penalty Charges, Yield Maintenance Charges and Excess Interest; and sixth, as a recovery of principal of such Mortgage Loan or Companion Loan, as applicable, to the extent of its entire unpaid principal balance. Notwithstanding the preceding, such provisions shall not be deemed to affect the priority of distributions of payments. To the extent that such amounts are paid by a party other than a Mortgagor, such amounts shall be deemed to have been paid in respect of a purchase of all or part of the Mortgaged Property (in the case of Insurance and Condemnation Proceeds or Liquidation Proceeds) and then paid by the Mortgagor under the Mortgage Loan or Companion Loan, as applicable, in accordance with the preceding sentence. Amounts collected on any REO Loan shall be deemed to be applied in accordance with the definition thereof.
Class PO Principal Distribution Amount With respect to each Distribution Date and any Class of Principal Only Certificates, an amount equal to the sum of:
Full Unscheduled Principal Receipt Any Unscheduled Principal Receipt with respect to a Mortgage Loan (i) in the amount of the outstanding principal balance of such Mortgage Loan and resulting in the full satisfaction of such Mortgage Loan or (ii) representing Liquidation Proceeds other than Partial Liquidation Proceeds.
Class B-4 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the excess of (i) the sum of (A) the aggregate Class Certificate Balances of the Class A Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class A Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (B) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class M-1 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-1 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (C) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class M-2 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-2 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (D) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class M-3 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-3 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (E) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class
