Martinez Refinery definition

Martinez Refinery has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Martinez Refinery means any facilities, stationary sources, affected facilities, affected sources, emissions units, process units, and equipment used for Petroleum Refining within the boundaries of the Martinez Facility.

  • Petroleum refinery means each facility engaged in producing gasoline, kerosene, distillate fuel oils, residual fuel oils, lubricants, or other products through distillation of petroleum or through redistillation, cracking, extracting, or reforming of unfinished petroleum derivatives.
