Manufacturer Vehicle Amount definition

Manufacturer Vehicle Amount means, as of any date of determination with respect to any Manufacturer, the sum of the Manufacturer Eligible Program Vehicle Amount and the Manufacturer Non-Program Vehicle Amount, in each case, with respect to such Manufacturer, as of such date.

Manufacturer Vehicle Amount means, as of any date of determination, with respect to any Manufacturer, an amount equal to the sum, rounded to the nearest $100,000, of the following amounts to the extent that such amounts are included in the definition of “Aggregate Asset Amount” for such date: (i) the Net Book Value of all ZVF Vehicles that are Eligible Vehicles as of such date that were manufactured by such Manufacturer or an Affiliate thereof and not sold or deemed to be sold under the Related Documents, plus (ii) with respect to Eligible Vehicles manufactured by such Manufacturer or an Affiliate thereof that have been delivered and accepted for auction or otherwise sold, any accrued and unpaid Monthly Base Rent with respect to such Eligible Vehicles as of such date under the ZVF Lease, plus (iii) if such date is during the period from and including a Determination Date to but excluding the next Payment Date, accrued and unpaid Monthly Base Rent payable on the next Payment Date with respect to all Eligible Vehicles as of such date manufactured by such Manufacturer or an Affiliate thereof and that have not been sold or deemed to be sold under the Related Documents. For the purposes of this definition, an Affiliate of a Manufacturer shall not include any Person who is included as a separate Manufacturer hereunder.

  • Motor vehicle manufacturer means any of the following:

  • Used motor vehicle dealer means a person that is engaged in the business of purchasing, selling, exchanging, or dealing in used motor vehicles and that has an established place of business in this state at which it conducts that business. The term does not include a new motor vehicle dealer purchasing, selling, exchanging, or dealing in used motor vehicles as part of its business of purchasing, selling, exchanging, or dealing in new motor vehicles.

  • Gross vehicle weight means the weight of a vehicle without load plus the weight of any load on the

  • Gross vehicle mass or "maximum mass" means the technically permissible maximum laden mass as declared by the manufacturer.

  • Motor vehicle fuel means any petroleum distillate having a Reid vapor pressure of more than four (4) pounds per square inch and that is used to power motor vehicles. Diesel fuel and kerosene are not considered to be motor vehicle fuels.

  • Motor vehicle dealer or "dealer" means any person who:

  • New motor vehicle dealer means a person, including a distributor, that holds a dealer agreement granted by a manufacturer, distributor, or importer for the sale or distribution of its motor vehicles; is engaged in the business of purchasing, selling, exchanging, or dealing in new motor vehicles; and has an established place of business in this state.

  • passenger vehicle means a motor vehicle (other than a motor cycle or invalid carriage) constructed solely for the carriage of passengers and their effects and adapted to carry not more than twelve passengers exclusive of the driver, and not drawing a trailer;

  • Bi-fuel vehicle means a vehicle with two separate fuel storage systems that can run part-time on two different fuels and is designed to run on only one fuel at a time;

  • Vehicle protection product means a vehicle protection device, system, or service that is:

  • Used motor vehicle means a motor vehicle that is not a new motor vehicle.

  • Motor vehicle salesperson or "salesperson" means any person who is licensed as and employed as a

  • Inventory Formula Amount means, with respect to any item of Eligible Inventory and at any time of determination, the lesser of (a) 65% of the lower of cost and market of such Inventory and (b) 85% of the Net Orderly Liquidation Value of such Inventory.

  • Regulated motor vehicle surface means any of the following, alone or in combination:

  • Engine Manufacturer means CFM International, Inc.

  • Mobility enhancing equipment means equipment, other than durable medical equipment or a motor vehicle or equipment on a motor vehicle normally provided by a motor vehicle manufacturer, dispensed pursuant to a prescription, including repair or replacement parts for that equipment, that is all of the following:

  • Flex fuel vehicle means a vehicle with one fuel storage system that can run on different mixtures of two or more fuels.

  • Alternative fuel vehicle means a vehicle designed to be capable of running on at least one type of fuel that is either gaseous at atmospheric temperature and pressure, or substantially non-mineral oil derived.

  • Covered Vehicle means a private passenger vehicle (including mini-vans, pickup trucks and sport utility vehicles) which is registered or rented to You during Your Trip, which is rated ¾ ton in weight or less, not used for racing, dealer services, dealer loaners, taxi, limousine, shuttle, delivery, hauling, towing, road repair service, construction service, snow removal, or as a public livery vehicle, or any other commercial use.

  • Eligible Vehicle means a Vehicle (which includes, for the avoidance of doubt, a Service Vehicle) in Spain, Germany, The Netherlands, Italy or France (as applicable):

  • Shared vehicle driver means an individual who has been authorized to drive the

  • Satellite Manufacturer means, with respect to any Satellite, the prime contractor and manufacturer of such Satellite.

  • Uninsured motor vehicle means a land motor vehicle or trailer of any type:

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Manufacturer means the person or body responsible to the approval authority for all aspects of the type approval process and for ensuring conformity of production. It is not essential that the person or body is directly involved in all stages of the construction of the vehicle which is the subject of the approval process.

  • goods vehicle means a motor vehicle constructed or adapted for use for the carriage of goods or burden of any description or a trailer so constructed or adapted;
