Management Incentive Program Agreements definition

Management Incentive Program Agreements means the agreements, in form and substance acceptable to the Required Consenting Noteholders, that will govern the terms of the Management Incentive Program Equity, which shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit I.A.83.
Management Incentive Program Agreements means the agreements that will govern the terms of the Management Incentive Program, which shall be consistent with the terms of the Restructuring Support Agreement and, to the extent inconsistent with the Restructuring Support Agreement, acceptable to the Required Consenting Second Lien Lenders and Required Consenting Noteholders.
