Management Fee Letter definition

Management Fee Letter means that certain letter agreement dated as of May 30, 2003 among Fox Paine & Company, LLC, Desarrollo Consolidado de Negocios, S.A. de C.X. xnd Seminis Merger Corp. as in effect on the Issue Date.
Management Fee Letter means the letter agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.
Management Fee Letter means that certain letter agreement dated as of February 8, 2007, between Xxxxx and the Company, as in effect on the Issue Date or as amended or supplemented on a basis that (taken as a whole) is no less favorable to the Restricted Entities than such Management Fee Letter as in effect on the Issue Date.

  • GE Capital Fee Letter means that certain letter, dated as of the Closing Date, between GE Capital and Borrower with respect to certain Fees to be paid from time to time by Borrower to GE Capital.
