Agent Fee Letter definition

Agent Fee Letter means the Agent Fee Letter between Borrower and Agent, dated as of the Closing Date, as the same may from time to time be amended, restated or otherwise modified.
Agent Fee Letter has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(b).
Agent Fee Letter means the letter agreement dated May 3, 2021 among the Borrower and the Administrative Agent, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
