M&A Committee definition

M&A Committee has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
M&A Committee means the mergers and acquisitions committee of the Board of Directors, which is comprised of Messrs. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx (Chair), Xxxxxxx Xxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx;

Examples of M&A Committee in a sentence
