Loyalty Bonus Program shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.6

Examples of Loyalty Bonus Program in a sentence

  • Sellers shall satisfy their payment obligations pursuant to Section 2.02(b)(x) under the Loyalty Bonus Program (disregarding the condition that the closing of the sale of MVS shall have occurred by 31 December 2004) by paying, on the Closing Date, the amounts set forth in Section 3.10(c) of the Disclosure Schedule to the individuals listed therein, if not already paid prior to the Closing Date.

  • Each Loyalty Bonus Program Participant must be employed by Seller as of the Closing.

  • As with other compensation, bonuses paid under the Loyalty Bonus Program will be subject to taxes and other applicable payroll withholding.

Related to Loyalty Bonus Program

  • MIP has the meaning set forth in Section 3(b) of the Agreement.

  • AIP means the Nucor Corporation Senior Officers Annual Incentive Plan and any successor plan.

  • Performance Bonus means the performance bonus in respect of each Class payable to the General Partner by the Partnership which will be equal to 20% of the product of: (a) the number of Units of that Class outstanding on the Performance Bonus Date; and (b) the amount by which the Net Asset Value per Unit of that Class on the Performance Bonus Date (prior to giving effect to the Performance Bonus) plus the aggregate value of any distributions per Unit of that Class during the Performance Bonus Term exceeds $28.00.
