Logicalis Group definition

Logicalis Group means TDL and all related bodies corporate as defined in section 9 of the Corporations Act 2001 .
Logicalis Group means Logicalis and any company which is a subsidiary or a holding company of Logicalis, or any company which is a subsidiary of any such holding company, and all companies which in the future become subsidiaries of Logicalis or of any such holding company; ‘holding company’ and ‘subsidiary’ having the meanings given to them in section 7 and 8 of the Companies Act, 2014.
Logicalis Group means Logicalis Australia Pty Ltd and all related bodies corporate as defined in section 9 of the Corporations Act 2001 .

  • SAP Group Software means (i) any and all software products listed on the Price List as well as any SAP SDK which are provided by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) under any part of this Agreement all as developed by or for the SAP Group; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to Maintenance Services or warranty obligation by any member of the SAP Group; and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Promoter Group means an immediate relative of the Promoter (i.e. spouse of that person, or any parent, brother, sister or child of the person or of the spouse); persons whose shareholding is aggregated for the purpose of disclosing in the offer document “shareholding of the promoter group”.

  • Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;

  • Supplier Group means the Supplier and its Affiliates from time to time and "Supplier Group Company" means any company or corporation within the Supplier Group;

  • Malware means any virus, Trojan horse, time bomb, key-lock, spyware, worm, malicious code or other software program designed to or able to, without the knowledge and authorization of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, disrupt, disable, harm, interfere with the operation of or install itself within or on any Software, computer data, network memory or hardware.

  • DPS means the Department of Public Safety of the State of Texas, a state agency in the executive branch created under Tex. Gov’t Code Ch. 411.

  • Relevant Personal Data means Personal Data in respect of which we are the Controller.

  • MINORITY BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (MBE means an individual, partnership, corporation or joint venture of any kind that is owned and controlled by U. S. Citizens and residents of Ohio, who are and have held themselves out as members of the following socially and economically disadvantaged groups: Blacks, American Indians, Hispanics and Asians.   • SpinCo Group means (a) prior to the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that will be a Subsidiary of SpinCo as of immediately after the Effective Time, including the Transferred Entities, even if, prior to the Effective Time, such Person is not a Subsidiary of SpinCo; and (b) on and after the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that is a Subsidiary of SpinCo.
