Each of the Parties further warrants that neither it nor its Related Bodies Corporate has made or will make any such offer, payment, gift, promise or authorisation to or for the use or benefit of any other person if the Party knows, has a firm belief, or is aware that there is a high probability that the other person would use such offer, payment, gift, promise or authorisation for any of the purposes described in the preceding sentence.
