Located Country. The country in which the Member is located outside of their Home Country.
Located Country. The country in which the Member is located outside of their Home Country. “Location” – Location of the Member if within the United States of America and its territories.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, at a minimum, the three Triggers that must be satisfied for COVID related medical transport are: (1) a positive SARS-CoV-2 PCR Test; (2) evaluation of the Member by a licensed medical professional in the Located Country; and (3) a determination, as set forth in this Section 2.1.5, that medical transport is Medically Prudent to Avoid Hospitalization.

  • Designated country means any of the following countries:

  • Geographic Territory shall include any territory formally assigned to Employee as well as all territories in which Employee has provided any services, sold any products or otherwise had responsibility at any time during the eighteen (18) month period preceding Employee’s date of separation;

  • Excluded Country means one of the following countries from which Non-Medical Emergency Evacuations are not available such as Afghanistan Chechnya Democratic Republic of the Congo Iran Iraq Israel West Bank Israel Gaza Strip Ivory Coast Lebanon Libya North Korea Somalia Sudan Syria or any country subject to the administration and enforcement of U.S. economic embargoes and trade sanctions by the OFFICE OF FOREIGN ASSET CONTROLS (OFAC);

  • Territory means worldwide.

  • Restricted Geographic Area is defined as all countries, territories, parishes, municipalities and states in which Company is doing business or is selling its products at the time of termination of Employee’s employment with Company, including but not limited to every parish and municipality in the state of Louisiana. Employee acknowledges that this geographic scope is reasonable given Employee's position with Company, the international scope of Company's business; and the fact that Employee could compete with Company from anywhere Company does business.

  • Restricted Territory means the United States of America.

  • Sanctioned Countries shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.30.

  • Protected Territory means the United States of America.

  • Major Country means the United States, Japan, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom.

  • Geographic Area means the three digit zip code in which the service, treatment, procedure, drugs or supplies are provided; or a greater area if necessary to obtain a representative cross-section of charge for a like treatment, service, procedure, device drug or supply.
