Sanctioned Countries definition
Sanctioned Countries shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.30.

Examples of Sanctioned Countries in a sentence
Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries or, to the knowledge of the Company, any director, officer or controlled Affiliate of the Company or any director or officer of any Subsidiary, is a Person that is, or is owned or controlled by a Person that is (i) the target of any Sanctions, or (ii) located, organized or resident in a country or territory that is the subject of Sanctions that broadly prohibit dealings with that country or territory (including, without limitation, the Sanctioned Countries).
More Definitions of Sanctioned Countries
Sanctioned Countries and “Sanctioned Country” shall have the meanings set forth in Section 2.14.
Sanctioned Countries means, at any time, a country or territory which is itself the subject or target of any Sanctions (at the time of this Agreement, the Crimea region of Ukraine, Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Syria).
Sanctioned Countries shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.37 of this Agreement.
Sanctioned Countries has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.07(b).
Sanctioned Countries means any country which is directly or indirectly the subject of any Sanctions; and
Sanctioned Countries means countries or territories, or the governments of which, that are subject to comprehensive or near-comprehensive Trade Controls. “Sanctioned Persons” include: (x) those individuals and entities designated on a United States, European Union, United Kingdom, United Nations or other applicable sanctions- or export-restricted party list; (y) individuals or entities in a Sanctioned Country; and (z) entities owned fifty percent (50%) or more in the aggregate, or controlled, by one or more individuals or entities in (x).
Sanctioned Countries means any country or region that is the subject or target of a comprehensive embargo administered by the United States (currently the Crimea Region of Ukraine, the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic, the so-called Luhansk People’s Republic, Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Syria).
