Sanctioned Countries definition

Sanctioned Countries shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.30.
Sanctioned Countries has the meaning set forth in Section 9.29(a).
Sanctioned Countries and “Sanctioned Country” shall have the meanings set forth in Section 2.14.

Examples of Sanctioned Countries in a sentence

  • Borrower (i) is not a Sanctioned Person, (ii) has no assets in Sanctioned Countries, and (iii) derives no income from investments in, or transactions with, Sanctioned Persons or Sanctioned Countries.


More Definitions of Sanctioned Countries

Sanctioned Countries means any country which is directly or indirectly the subject of any Sanctions; and
